How do I place my order online?
Its quite simple really!
- Browse through the site until you find the item you wish to purchase.
- From the product page select the size you'd like and click "Add to Cart" to add it to your shopping cart.
- Adjust the quantities once in your shopping cart.
- Once you've added all the items that you wish to purchase to
your cart, you can begin the checkout process. This process involves 4
steps; Login/Create accountr, Shipping Information, Billing Information and
Place Your Order. You will then receive an order confirmation email.
When your order has been shipped, you will receive a final email
stating so as well.
Is the site secure?
Any
personal information given to Gostwear.com will be protected. Your
information will not be disclosed to any third parties.
Gostwear.com's server will secure your personal information with
up-to-date firewall and encryption techniques during the ordering
process.
In order to protect customers to the fullest extent, Gostwear does not store your credit card information at any time.
To assist you in recognizing secure areas of the Gostwear.com
website, a small lock icon will appear in the lower right-corner of
your web browser (or the upper left portion of your address bar depending on which internet browser you are using). When this icon is present, and in the locked
position, you know that information on that page will be secured.
Added online security to protect your personal information from
unauthorized use is provided by using advanced SSL (Secure Sockets
Layer) encryption.
Can I track my order status?
You can track your order status by logging in and accessing the My Account link from the site header.
All orders placed under your username will be visible on this page.
How can I pay for my order?
Gostwear only accepts Credit Cards and Money Orders for payment
We accept Visa, Mastercard as well as American Express. Only
Debit Cards backed by a Credit Card company listed above (Visa,
Mastercard, etc) can be accepted. Our website features an SSL
secure connection during the transaction keeping your information
secure and private.
How can I make changes to my order?
You can send changes to support@gostwear.com.
Changes can only be made if your request is answered before your order
is processed. Once your order is processed or shipped, no changes can
be made.
I placed my order, but forgot to add a another product. How can I add it to my order?
We're
sorry but we're unable to add to your order since we don't store credit
card information. You will have to place a new order for the additional
item.
What currency is used on your site?
All prices are listed in Canadian dollars.
What shipping options do you offer?
All of our shipping options are listed along with the estimated shipping time as well as shipping prices during the checkout process.
* Please note that the timeframes listed during checkout only apply to the time
it will take for your order to arrive from the date it was shipped. It
may take 4-5 business days for Baffin products to be shipped.
How much will shipping cost me?
Costs
vary based on shipping method and location, the weight of the items in your order and
the ship method chosen. To determine the cost of shipping, simply add
the items you wish to order to your cart, proceed to step 2 and fill
out your shipping address, then proceed to step 3 to see your shipping
costs. In step 3 you can also see how much it will cost you to ship
with other ship methods than the one selected.

Can I track my shipment?
Yes. once you place your order a tracking number will be supplied to you.
I haven't received my order yet, has it been shipped?
If
you have received a shipping confirmation email, than yes, your order
has been shipped from our warehouse. Canadian orders currently take from 3-5
business days to arrive. International orders can take anywhere from
1-3 weeks since several of our packages get held up in customs. If your
international order has not arrived within this timeframe, we recommend
checking with your local post and customs offices to make sure your
package is not being held.
My tracking number isn’t working! Why?
Canada Post can take up to 72 hours to update the
tracking information. It is possible their system has just not updated yet with your tracking information
Why was my order charged at customs fee when it was delivered?
The
shipping cost combines the handling fee for your package by our
fulfillment team as well as the postage necessary to send your order.
The third step of the checkout process clearly states that all
international orders may incur a customs fee by your local customs
authorities. This fee is being charged by your government, not
Gostwear.com. We apologize for any inconvenience, but we have no
control over the customs authorities in your country or any other.

What is your policy on returns?
At
Gostwear.com we want you to love what you order. If you're not
satisfied with your purchase, please return the item(s) for an
exchange or credit.
All returns must be in the original condition that you received them in.
Please notify us by email that you are not satisfied with your order. Indicate what you are returning and
why. Please let us know if you would like the return to be an
exchange, refund or Gostwear credit.
If you received the wrong item or if the item is defective, we will
reimburse you for the cost of shipping the item back to us. Please
include your invoice with the return.
All returns must be made within 30 days of placing your orders. We no
longer accept returns or exchanges after the 30 day period.

A 15% restocking fee is applied only to orders which are shipped and are then cancelled/full returned.
Baffin items can be exchanged but will incur a 15% restocking fee.
In order to process your return, please include your name, email address and order number along with the items that you are returning.
What is your privacy policy?
We
respect your right to privacy. At Gostwear.com we collect only the
information necessary for us to complete your order or to contact to
you regarding the status of your order. The information we collect
includes your name, email address, shipping address, and billing
address. Gostwear does not store your credit card information.
Gostwear.com will not rent or sell your name or personal information without your permission.
Gostwear.com does utilize "cookies" to help recognize you as a repeat
visitor and to track traffic patterns on our site. This information is
completely anonymous. We use this information to improve the
user-friendliness and functionality of Gostwear.com.
Gostwear.com reserves the right to update this privacy policy at
anytime. Updates to our privacy policy will be sent to the email
address that you have provided us.
