"Difficult to serve locations" are those with postal codes beginning in A0, X0 and Y0 which are not considered an "Air Stage Location" by Canada Post. If, you are shipping to a postal code beginning in A0, X0 and Y0 which is confirmed to be a remote or "Air Stage Location" (see below for full list of remote postal codes), then your order will be subject to remote locations shipping charges.

Gost Workwear Inc. Is obligated to charge sales tax based on the shipping location in Canada.
How Much is Shipping?
You can see how much shipping is right in your shopping cart. Just add all the items you wish to purchase and entery your country/postal code and you will see how much it is to ship! Shipping is also calculated on the page after the shopping cart. Just follow the steps and enter your address and you will see all the shipping rates we offer to your address.
We offer shipping via Canada post numerous services. It is up to you to decide to which service you would like depending on the price and the speed you are willing to pay/ need your shipment.

Can I modify my order?
If you just placed your order and want to change it there could still be time! The best thing to do is to call in 888.464.5880 to have your order quickly changed. Don't wait to long though we like to ship our orders out asap!
Can I cancel my order?
If your order has not yet been shipped you can cancel your order by calling in 888.464.5880. If your order has already shipped, it is too late to cancel your order unfortunately. You can send back the items once they arrive but you will have to pay for the return shipping costs.

Gostwear accepts credit card payments through a secure online server as the security of your information is very important to us. All sensitive information is encrypted using a 128-bit SSL connection.
What Is Your Return Policy?
At Gostwear.com we want you to love what you order. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, please return the item(s) for an exchange or Refund.
All returns must be in the original condition that you received them in.
Please notify us by email that you are not satisfied with your order. Indicate what you are returning and why. Please let us know if you would like the return to be an exchange, Credit or Refund.
If you received the wrong item or if the item is defective, we will reimburse you for the cost of shipping the item back to us. Please include your invoice with the return.
All returns must be made within 30 days of placing your orders. We no longer accept returns or exchanges after the 30 day period.

What shipping options do you offer?
After you add the items you wish to purchase to your shopping cart and proceed to the next page you will be asked to enter your address so that the shipping rate can be calculated.
This will not create any account on our site it is only used to calculate an exact shipping quote for you.
We offer service from Canada post as well as Fedex. You can choose the method you like based on the price and speed you require.
Can I track my shipment
After your order is shipped you will receive an email notifying you that it has shipped along with a tracking number/link to track your parcel.
Once it is shipped, if you created an account with us you can also login anytime to track your order from your account page.
Will I pay duties?
If you are In Canada you will not be charged any duties as we ship all of our products out of our Laval, Qc Warehouse.
If you are located outside of Canada, there is a chance you will pay duties on the items you order.
If you are located in the United States, Items that are manufactured in Canada should not be charged extra duties.
If you are in another country, unfortunately we are not responsible for any duties that your government may charge on top of the order.
